Q I’m balding pretty soon. How to rejuvenate hair growth?
Ans: It could be due to iron-deficiency. Get tested and consult a doctor. Try taking iron rich foods like green leafy vegetables, almonds as well as other nuts. If you’re using Hair Gels and trying different hair styles frequently, restrain yourself from that.

Q I tried doing sit-ups and pushups at home. After that I feel pain in my thighs. Should I consult a doctor for that?

Q I’m 21 years old. I have this problem of bad breath. How to overcome it?
Ans: Bad breaths are caused by Sulfides in your mouth. Sometimes, bad breath is an indicator of a serious problem like unclean dentures, an abscess, gum disease or a tooth that is decaying. Clean your tongue while you brush, After every meal cleanse your mouth. Sometimes food particles sticking at the edge of your teeth for a long time could also cause bad breath. Have a low carbohydrate diet. Balance it with other supplements.

Q What should be the best diet for high blood pressure patients?
Ans: Potassium, magnesium and fiber help you control blood pressure.  Also focus on low sodium foods. Patients with high BP are often requested not to take salt as it has high sodium content. A high BP diet should specifically contain Banana, Berries, Potatoes and Beetroot.

Q My 12 year old daughter becomes tired quite often. She often gets fever and cold. What could be the reason?
Ans: It could be an issue related to immunity levels. Her immunity must be low. Consult a doctor and check for her immunity levels and haemoglobin in a nearby lab. Try adding high protein, carbohydrate and iron rich foods in her diet.  Make sure she has good diet and good sleep. Sleeplessness can also cause tiredness. 10 hours of continuous sleep is much required for 12 year old child.
